A straightforward king room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge. Some rooms have a view of the water; others face the parking area or trees. Ask when you book if a lake view matters to you.

Suite
Our suites have a separate sitting area with a couch so you can spread out a bit. Same comfortable bed and basics as the king room, plus a little more room to relax. Good for longer stays or anyone who just likes having space.

Queen Room
A clean, quiet room with a queen bed. Everything you need for a good night's sleep — nothing you don't. If you're here for the beach and the outdoors, this is all the room you need to come back to at the end of the day.

Double Queen Room
Two queen beds in a room that works well for families or friends traveling together. Same amenities as our other rooms — just with an extra bed so everyone has a place to sleep.

Hotel Policies

Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out available upon request, subject to availability
- Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in
- Credit or debit card required at check-in for incidentals
- Guests must be 21 or older to check in
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- Cancellations within 48 hours are charged the first night's rate
- No-shows are charged the full reservation amount
- Holiday and peak-season bookings require 72-hour cancellation notice
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms
- Pet fee: $25 per pet, per night
- Maximum of 2 pets per room
- Dogs and cats only — please call for other animals
- Pets must not be left unattended in the room
- Pet damage charges may apply
- Please request a pet-friendly room when booking
Children & Extra Guests
- Children of all ages are welcome
- Children 12 and under: Stay free in existing bedding
- Extra guest (age 13+): $15 per person, per night
- Cribs available upon request at no extra charge
- Maximum room occupancy varies by room type
Property Rules
- Non-smoking property — smoking in rooms incurs a $250 cleaning fee
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No parties or events without prior arrangement
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (seasonal)
- Beach towels available at the front desk
